@@SimonWoodburyForget yup. which is why circuses suck. circus tricks should be subtly implemented in places like zoos and artificial habitats in a way that animals may occasionally perform these tricks and actually be interesting for more than just simple animal lovers.
just having a constant show of practised tricks is boring because you know what to expect. at least in a zoo you would be looking forward to the moment an animal feels like doing a trick that they were taught.
of course, that may not be how it works for many animals, but i like to believe that there are a few.

@@darnitproductions5945 well there is a good reason why zoos exist in the first place, its not to just lock animals up, no, zoos exist to help keep animals living long because there are people out in the world who are rotten on the inside, that hunt and capture animals for money while putting them in conditions that are far far far worse, plus some animals in africa and India are considered as protected but are hunted down because of some belief that the animal's horn has magical healing properties, and no the animal is not caught then has its horn cut off no the animal is shot, killed and left to rot, we could have nice things but other people are out right horrible
Edit:Also I know some of you are tempted to reply with something along the lines of a phrase that goes as "its better to do nothing and let the rotten peopel see the errors of their ways" but you are someone who thinks the biggest dickbag is gonna wake up one day and say "Man I am an absolute dickbag" then you really naive or denial, if you live in a way of thinking some group of people lets say cops are rotten then again you are someone who doesn't really think nor understand why something is put in place, again we could have nice things but some people on the road only see a crosswalk as a bowling lane

It's directly due to conservation zoos and their careful breeding programs that Pandas have been moved down the endangered species list.

I don't speak Japanese very well, but if I had to guess, I'd say that everything prior to the orange-on-head moment was basically, "let's all stare at capybara's, they're cute and unusual."
She was pointing out their legs don't reach the bottom of the middle of the pool so they have to swim across it, and that one farted, and that they don't like citrus fruit so they threat them as toys rather than eating them.
